Excellent experience and extremely prompt and professional service. I submitted an inquiry for a home standby generator and received a prompt response via email and a contact number. I had the privilege of speaking with Debbie and she reviewed current inventory, shipping times and payment options with me. I was shocked (no pun intended) when the Cummins QuietConnect showed up just 2 days after I spoke with the company. Amazing as most places told me I may get it for Christmas or by New Year's if I'm lucky (6-7 month wait time).
Highly recommend Buckeye Power Systems without hesitation. Prompt, Professional and delivering what others cannot.

These folks will go beyond and above to help you with your Generator service needs. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their help getting our Onan generator repaired.

We ordered a generator from Buckeye Power Systems. Misti and Tracy were excellent to work with and both were very helpful and friendly. Our generator was received sooner than expected.

I’ve been searching for honest answers on my quest to buy a stand by generator. I have a son who is Autistic, any disruptions that interrupt his routine can be quite the ordeal during an outage. Since the Pandemic began, companies have been overwhelmed with demand, and many just don’t take the time to spend any time to guide you on which one will fit your needs, EXCEPT David with Buckeye Power Systems. I was on my way to work and asked David if I could call him back the next day? Well, David called ME back the next day and gave me excellent info on what I need for my specific home, and probably spent 30 to 45 minutes on the phone with me. THAT FOLKS, IS WHAT WE CALL, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I live in southeast Texas and will definitely buy my generator from David with Buckeye Power Systems in Cordova, TN.
