What a great job! Brooks Malone installed our pool and we are so very pleased. The scheduled date was kept, the installers were professional, the pool school was totally informative, they follow up with you and answer any and all questions you may have. We are so very pleased with the entire process. Excellent company to work with and they continue to be there for us.

Brooks Malone did an amazing job with our pool! I was very nervous about what we needed and how things would look. They constantly reassured me and offered me suggestions, even allowing me to go see other pools they had built. You won’t find a more reliable, professional pool company. Our pool was ready in 11 days.

I have to say working with Brooks-Malone has been nothing short of amazing! Holly and the crew were perfect. Now that I have worked with them, I honestly cannot recommend anyone else for a project like this other than Brooks-Malone. When we initially were looking at having a pool installed, we met with several builders. The biggest thing that set Brooks-Malone apart from everyone else is Holly and Robby fully understood what we were looking for. She and Robby helped walk us through the project from initial contact through service after the sell. Holly and Robby listened to us and our inputs and they also made recommendations that made the build even better than we expected. They were fully locked into our build and the communication both ways was phenomenal. The crew who built the pool hands down has to be one of the best construction crews that I've ever seen. They were totally in sync with one another and worked very efficiently. I was thoroughly impressed and amazed at how quick they got things done. That crew...Wow! We went from bare ground to everything being completed in 2 weeks! I would recommend Brooks Malone to anyone wanting a pool project done. The quality of their work and attention to every detail was fantastic!

They started ahead of expected and they were done in 3 weeks. It’s the best decision we ever made! Everything about our pool is beautiful and top-notch. We were so fortunate to find Brooks Malone when we did. They were able to get our pool installed within 3 months of ordering! The installers were nothing but professional, answered all our questions, and were very patient with me as I decided how to layout the concrete. You read horror stories of other pool installers and I couldn't be more thankful for how smooth our process went. They even contracted the fence installer who has come back to address a couple issues. You can call them anytime with a question or concern and they are quick to get back to you. I would recommend to anyone!
