I bought a new build house last year with an 11 month warranty. So when the builder told me they weren’t providing an inspector to do the 11 month walk through I reached out and got Mr. Scott Frey’s information. He came highly recommended. He came over and showed up right on time, he introduced himself and provided a business card. He was very nice and professional. He found issues that my initial home inspector (the one I hired before buying the house) did not find. There were issues with the structure that went amiss initially from the first inspector. Had Mr. Frey not spotted it and pointed it out, it could have been a disaster later down the road. Luckily, he found it and it has been fixed by the builder. Mr. Scott went above and beyond. After the inspection, he sat down with me and explained what issues he found along with the photos he took of all the issues. His report was comprehensive and very detailed. He answered all my questions. I wish I had hired him during my initial home inspection before buying my home. But I’m so glad he was referred to me for the 11 month walk through. Thank you, Mr. Frey for all your help!!! Anyone that needs a home inspection should consider Mr. Frey!
