Wayne was easy to work with and was a real person instead of the sales guy type that usually rings our bell. If you don’t want to be involved in the process beyond signing over the insurance check and picking the roof color then this is the company for you!

I knew nothing about roofing but Jamie Gill made everything so easy for me to do. She went out of her way to make sure that I understood each step in the process. She was so kind and made herself available.
And the crew who actually put the new roof on were so nice to me and did an excellent job. Also their clean up was better than the way they found my driveway and yard.
Thank you guys for a wonderful experience that I was not looking forward too!

I would not use this company again they tell you what you want to hear then you get nothing but lies.Salesmen told us they didn't use 3 tab shingles then charged us more for a upgrade. I had to get back with them after 6 weeks to see when they were going to do my roof and then they said they did use 3tab shingles? TRAIN YOUR SALESMEN BEFORE SENDING OUT TO PEOPLE'S HOMES! PLEASE BEWARE OF BEST CHOICE ROOFING!!!!!!!!

Our roof was badly affected by the tornadoes that came through madison right before Christmas in 2023. My wife talked to multiple contractors but one particularly stood out to us because he seemed genuine. Jason Schwab was humble, very open and honest and literally took care of everything when it came to filing our claim with our home owners insurance. I would’ve held off, but Jason made the process easy.
We highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof serviced or replaced.

I noticed some water spots obviously from a leak on my guest bathroom ceiling and had major concerns about my roof. I called Erin and she came and did a full attic and roof inspection. She was honest in telling me my roof was in perfect condition other than a pipe boot that needed resealed. She resealed it and fixed the issue without trying to sell me a roof!
The inspection was very thorough, inside and out. I felt very confident in Erin's knowledge and expertise. Erin explained everything to me so I could understand it.
Definitely will call Erin again without hesitation if something were ever to happen.
Never had such great customer service from such a knowledgeable person, and not one to just rip people off. Amazing job Erin!!!

Best Choice Roofing showed up on time and did a great job installing my roof. They were courteous and cleaned up well afterwards. Erin Pears was awesome to deal with and made the whole process seamless and explained everything to me. She returned my calls/texts in a timely manner and couldn’t be more pleasant. I’m very pleased.

Johnny came by and inspected my roof, I knew I needed to replace it but I didn't know just how bad it was until after he looked at it. Most of the time they can get all if the replacement covered but mine was so bad that some of it had to be out of pocket, he was very knowledgeable and straight with me about what would be covered and what would not and estimate of how much it would cost me. The team that put the roof in was fast and professional and I even had a limb fall in my roof in the middle of the job but they worked with me to give me time to get that moved so they could finish up, I am in the historical district and everyone who sees it is impressed. I would recommend Johnny and the BCR team to anyone who needs roof work.

I had a lot of damaged on my roof and Fady shaker stopped by my house and help me and got my insurance to pay
for everything and he was very patient with us and all the process finished good and we happy with the results And i highly recommend working with best choice roofing because they are the best.

Mr Aaron Hollands saved me and my roof. Even helped me fight my former home insurance to pay for the roof. After everything was settled I finally got the roof me and my home deserved. I didn’t come out of pocket for anything. I will recommend Mr Hollands and Best Choice Roofing for all my roofing needs!
