Service has been absolutely terrible. When my business should have been open in April, by the looks of things we’re probably pushing into July. We were told 4 weeks in the beginning. Then another 3, and we’re past that mark now. My family’s livelihood depends on this business and we have seen no further progress . Where they’re dragging their feet, I’m over here praying it will get finished so we can get open. We have to get open! I’m highly disappointed with this company

So I hired a tree service to take down a rotted tree. It was leaning toward my house/power lines/storm celler so I needed more than just a personal job. Long story short the idiots brought down right on the power lines ripping a whole in my wall, damaging my roof and obviously knocking out power. They were thankfully insured but ihad no clue what to do. I called maybe 10 companies before affordable construction. Second I dod they were walking me though sending em pictures of the damage any electrical items that might be damaged. Two hours later I had an electrician out working on getting at least power back up. I called ar 1130am they had me up and running by 7 which is amazing. Especially in rural Tennessee on a Friday. They felt with the insurance company, the permits finding the guys everything. Do we still have more to repair, yes. But based on my service so far it's going to be a breeze.
