Amazing people and service!!! The ladies in the office went above and beyond to help me with my above ground pool. I just bought a house in Joelton and I've been dealing with our pool since then. We finally got the liner replaced and after a week the water turned green. I called at least 5 people to come and assist us but nobody even returned my calls or texts. It was when I found C & W. I followed their instructions and in couple hours our pool was pretty again. Thank you so much ladies. You are the best.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I can't say enough great things about every person we worked with at C&W pools! They had a long wait list, but it was well worth the wait for us. Down to earth, extremely hard working people, all of them. We signed our contract with them during covid. By the time our wait was over, inflation was effecting every contract they had on the waitlist. They were most apologetic and hated to increase the price for us. We know and understand that a small business has to make a profit in order to remain in business and employ people. I hope other customers are as understanding. There was no way for them to know how the shutdowns and supply chain issues would effect them. The Clarksville install team of Cole, Chase, and Aiden, are men of integrity and strong character. We are delighted to know each of them. 2 of them also serve our Clarksville community as full-time firefighters. God Bless them.

C & W Pools installed our new diver fiberglass pool in Nov-Dec 2020. The owner Randy was great helping us pick out the best spot to place the pool in the backyard considering drainage and rain run-off. I buried my gutter downspouts before install to help with drainage as well. Chambliss Construction installed our pool and did a great job. Nelson and his crew were very courteous and professional. They had a porta potty on site to use during the install. You can tell they have many years of experience installing fiberglass pools. Everything went smooth with my install, they corrected any minor problems and made sure I was happy with the finished product. They used my fill dirt to level off a volleyball court in the backyard for my daughters at no extra charge. I had planned to hire a company to perform a finished grade to my lawn after install but the rough grade performed by Chambliss Construction was so good that I didn’t need it. I simply added landscaping rocks and seed/straw after install. I purchased the AquaRite salt system and upgraded to the VS pump so the pool water maintenance has been a breeze. I built an equipment shed to protect the equipment and keep it out of the elements as well. The final payment was exactly what was listed on my original estimate, no hidden fees or extra charges. All of the employees are good hard working people, this a a great family owned local business. We love our new pool ... Recommend!
