Fuller Paving was hired to work on my residential driveway. There were some concerns with the initial work, however after a few weeks the company stepped in and 100% went above and beyond to make it right. The finished product looks great and the crew was friendly during the whole job.

Fuller paved my driveway in October of 2022. They made an absolute mess around my drain pipe that runs under the driveway by putting asphalt all the way around the pipe (see pics). They also have a dang speed bump coming into my driveway that also sticks too far out into the main road. I know this is going to get broken off by a plow truck the first time it snows. I have been promised since October of 2022 that they would make things right and fix their mistakes by Jack Prince. Not only has he not delivered, he now won’t take my calls or answer my texts. He was quite responsive when there was money to be made by the way. I have had a terrible time getting anyone at the office to answer or return calls to rectify the situation. I eventually had to choose the option that connected me to sales to get someone to pick up (imagine that). I spoke with a guy named Evan most recently and he assured me that they would be out the next week to fix the mess they made. Guess what? He has ghosted me. Won’t returns calls or texts. My next step is to file a complaint with the Contractor Board as I have every single phone record since this started to prove my case. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company and I am extremely disappointed in them. If you value quality of work, honesty, responsiveness and the “warranty” they give you, I would look for another company to compete my project.

I gave five stars because not only did they come out and listen to my concerns of the pavement. I had them ground down a big hump that was needed for a smooth connection to the main road without a massive dip in it. They were very professional and had the job done in a matter of hours. They came out two days later and painted the lines for the parking lot and directional arrows. Everything looks fantastic. I highly recommend fuller paving.

We bought a house to flip for our son and his family. The house had a gravel driveway that desperately needed to be paved to allow water runoff to flow away from the house. We had heard good things about Fuller, but they exceeded their reputation! They graded the area around the driveway for us to take away an awkward drop-off, and paved the driveway in a way that it would route the water down the driveway into a storm drain. The day after it was paved, we had a huge rain and we are thrilled with how well it worked! Jack Prince was great to stay connected and communicate with us as we navigated the timing of installation. The crew showed up when they said they would and got the job done. Great guys and great work! Highly recommend!
