Damon Falconnier and his team at Falconnier Design Company exceeded all expectations. When faced with the daunting task of bringing my childcare center up to current fire codes, they stepped in heroically. Despite being inundated with projects, they prioritized mine, dedicating almost all their resources to ensure Little Explorers could open its doors on time. Their efficiency was remarkable; within a week, they had a comprehensive fire safety plan drawn up and submitted, a feat that seemed impossible given the urgency of the situation. Their willingness to set aside other commitments and focus wholeheartedly on my project demonstrated a level of dedication and professionalism that is truly commendable. I am immensely grateful for their exceptional service and unwavering support during such a critical time. Without hesitation, I would entrust Falconnier Design Company with any future projects, knowing that their expertise and commitment guarantee results. They are nothing short of amazing.

They have a wide array of completed projects from extensive commercial and residential, to houses of worship. I would never consider using another architecture firm! A+++

We just moved into the house we designed with Damon and his team at Falconnier Design, and could not be happier with the final product, and the entire work process. Damon and his team were with us from beginning to end, providing whatever support was necessary at the time. The initial design stage was the most critical, and due to the time and effort put in at that point there was minimal work to do later. Since we were living in Texas and building in Tennessee, our face to face time was limited, but extremely well utilized. We had two phone consultations and two in person meetings, with email follow up in between. The final design was in the words of our builder, “the most complete set of drawings he had ever had to work with”. There were four minor questions during framing that were handled directly between Damon and the builder, with no involvement required by us. During the process and after our recent move in, every visitor and contractor has commented on how much they like the design and layout of the house. If you have a clear vision of what you want to build, and take Damon’s advice backed by over 30 years experience, you’ll be very happy with the result.

Damon is a true professional and very easy to work with. He helped us with some architectural issues and zoning problems with our residence. He scheduled appointments with us and actually arrived when he said he would, unlike many other contractors that I have used before who never show up or call when they are running late. Damon was able to deliver on everything he said he could do. Very honest and competent architect. I would highly recommend him and we will use him for future design needs or advice.

Damon and his team really went above and beyond in designing our new dental office. They spent a lot of time getting know us. They sought to understand the way we work and our personality. They then designed the perfect space that was both functional and aesthetically outstanding. We get comments almost everyday from patients saying that this is the nicest dental office they have ever seen! His team is easy to work with and full of integrity. When mistakes or miscommunications happen they really take ownership of the situation and seek to find a win win solution. I would not hesitate to use Damon for any future building projects! Money well spent!
