Our experience with Riverview Decks was outstanding from start to finish. Nate understood exactly what we had in mind and designed a deck that exceeded our expectations, efficiently maximizing our space. The crew was punctual, friendly, and diligent in their work. Communication was excellent and Riverview was responsive to our requests and concerns. Best of all, the finished product is durable and beautiful. It is a true showpiece.
We had an old, rotting deck that had become a safety issue. I wanted a simple, sturdy deck to replace it, and these guys delivered! Nathan got back to my inquiry on his website within a few hours and was at my house discussing our project the same week. Nathan was willing to help us with our project, even though it was small. These guys are the most professional crew we have dealt with during our entire home renovation. They communicate, answer questions, show up on time, and stay in budget. They even stayed after dark on the final day of work to finish up on time. Nathan, Caitlin, Immanuel, and crew are a rare example of excellent customer service. The deck is beautiful, too!

The original deck was in disrepair and a hazard. Riverview Decks did a phenomenal job from start to finish. The project was done as promised and completed to our satisfaction.

We are extremely pleased with Riverview. The entire process from first site visit to final inspection was done in a manner that showed they care and were respectful of our timeline. The quality of the workmanship is second to none and the overall management of the project including subcontractors was stellar. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new deck.

From the get-go I was impressed by Nate's (the owner) construction knowledge as well as his openness and honesty when consulting on what the scope of the project and how much it would cost. Every stage of the project was clearly communicated, and occured exactly as promised. The builder crew was professional, clean, organized, and EFFICIENT! They demoed our old deck and built 50% of the new one in a single day. I never had any trouble getting hold of the project manager whenever I had a question. And to top it all off, they were able to finish right before the snowpocalypse of 2024 ?. I'm a huge fan of their helical pylon deck post system and I highly recommend Riverview Decks for anyone's composite decking needs.

I want to thank Nate, Grant, Joe and crew for the great job that was done on our new deck and screen house. The design and completion of the work was great. Grant went above and beyond to make sure that all the concerns and minor details were met and exceeded. There were many times where he came over to touch base or clean up anything that needed to be done. The blue stone walkway that was designed and installed is beyond belief and I would never imagined that it would look that great. The screen house was my one thing I wanted on the deck and it's gorgeous. The rough cedar with black pet screens and all the black design pieces are just beyond my expectations. Although I won't get to use it much until spring, the little I have used it bundled up has been so worth it.
The crew of Riverview Decks really are great to work with and I truly appreciate all they have done on this job.
