Sold a used Stihl brand gasoline hedge trimmer without the owner's manual to me. The employee added gasoline and started the hedge trimmer before purchase making it a used machine sold to me for price of a new one without providing the owner's manual.
Unethical business practice at this location so I do not recommend buying any gasoline equipment here.
Lowest price on stove pipe, low shipping rate.
Would have given 5 star but system wouldn't accept my making a password.

Northern Tool is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Stay far away from them! I placed an order 3 weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. I finally called to figure out what was going on and was told the order was sent to the main warehouse and it was out of stock there but in stock at another warehouse. They would transfer it to the other warehouse and it would come in another 5-18 business days. They can’t expedite the order because they put in the request to change warehouses first. They couldn’t explain why it didn’t go to the correct warehouse first and openly admitted that if I hadn’t called I could have been waiting months until it was in stock and the first warehouse. I asked for a supervisor, got transferred 3 times and hung up on. No enpathy. No concern. No trying to fix their mess.

Our friend bought 2 heavy duty steel grills 2 months ago for two properties at a great price. But due to scheduling, today was the first time she could get here. No worries!
Staff is excellent - friendly and helpful. Lots of great stuff for the handyman and the professional contractor. We love our local store in Palm Harbor, and this one is pretty nice, too.

They are very nice and helpful at this location. The have lots of inventory in stock and reasonable prices. The shelves are very well organized and things are easy to find. We would definitely shop here again and will recommend this location to others.
