Jeff was nice. I am not very happy with the quality of the work though. He left paint on the brick and pavers, he didn’t clean the paint brush. He didn’t take the time to prepare the area before he started

Contacted Ace to have a screen door installed. Booking the appointment was easy, and the handyman arrived as scheduled. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable, but it took him over 5 hours to do a 1-hour job, and the result was very poor. He disregarded the printed instructions I provided, cut one of the trim pieces too short, and installed the door closure too high, so that there are screws protruding through the door. As a result, I have had to purchase a new trim piece and pay another installer to correct his work. But the thing that I find most disheartening about the experience is that I contacted Ace before posting this review to give them a chance to make it right, and they have not responded. I will not do business with them again.
