Our company spends millions of dollars with Ferguson per year and I have never had a smooth pass through. Takes usually a minimum of 30-45 minutes to find the order than another 15 minutes or more to pull it just to find out that the whole order isn't there or hasn't been pulled yet this causing the process to start over. What a nightmare!!!

Exceptional customer service. I called ahead because I was going to get there a little bit after 430 closing time to pick up my online order. They were kind enough to leave it available for me on the premises. Staff are much more knowledgeable than the people you find in big box stores and product selection is unsurpassed

I am a women who likes to complete as many home repairs on my own as I can. This means that I'm often on YouTube learning how to do something. In the past, I have faced issues with men at plumbing stores asking me if my husband was going to do the work. Some stores seem to think that as a women, I am not capable of doing repairs. I want to compliment Ferguson Plumbing. I have gone there for supplies and have never been treated disrespectfully. I feel comfortable asking questions without feeling like I'm being judged and the advice has always been dead on. I would recommend Fergson Plumbing to anyone. I know I won't go anywhere else.

This store is the best. I haven't plumbed in about 10 years so I didn't really know what to do when my outdoor faucet broke. In less than 10 minutes the guy behind the counter walked me around and showed me everything I needed. I was ready to spend a lot of time cutting copper and soldering, but he told me not to bother and to use pex instead. It saved me tons of time and money.

As a contractor coming in and sometimes being in a hurry if there's more than 1-2 customers in the counter section go ahead and be prepared to wait. I had a terrible time with a special order heater that was supposed to be there multiple times but never showed up and was re ordered but was wrong upon arrival. It may not have been completely there fault as it was done through a warranty company. My main issue is there is no sense of urgency to help contractors get in and out in a timely manner
