We have always had excellent experiences with Aire Care. Prompt and efficient service, friendly, technically skilled staff and with regard to diagnosing and solving problems, they have gone above and beyond on the occasions we've called them to ask for help. Dustin and Eddie stayed way beyond regular working hours during their visit here a couple of days ago in order to ensure the issue was solved before they left, AND we received same day service following our call that morning. We highly recommend them - they truly do care about their clients.

They’ve come out a few times for a tune-up and repairs. They are very honest. They have shown up on time every time. They explain everything to us. Overall it was a great experience using them for our HVAC needs. They didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need or push a new unit on us. We will not use anyone else.

From the first step of meeting Chris who evaluated my home needs/preferences desired on a system to the beyond excellent install crew with Eddie and the team I couldn’t imagine a better interaction with a company than what i experienced with Aire Care. Within 2 working days from the quote given by Chris I went from 88 degree house to 70 degree house with an Amana unit that has a life time guarantee on the compressor. I should also mention pricing, I had 4 bids for equivalent tons/seers unit and Aire Care came in strong against the competition on not only pricing put follow-up services after the install. 5 stars is really not enough stars here I need a bazillion stars to award.

I needed repairs done on my furnace and Aire Care was able to get Logan out to my house later that day. He was great, solved my problem very quickly, and explained everything to me and answered all of my dumb questions. The lady on the phone to schedule my appointment was also very nice and helpful. I definitely would recommend this company for HVAC work and will be using them again in the future.
