Working with Billy (Premier) has been a great experience. The moment I first contacted Billy, he was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He was quick to give me a quote (which I thought was very fair) and very quick to get started once the contract was signed. I was given a timeline of events and was kept informed during the entire process. The folks who worked on our pool did a fantastic job and have exceeded our expectations. The crew did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. The finished product looks absolutely amazing...!!! Overall, we are extremely satisfied. The pool looks GREAT...!!!

When we decided to improve our backyard by adding a pool and outdoor kitchen we searched online for local and out of state contractors. After doing my do diligence and exploring multiple companies and reviewing before and after picture and also reading many many customer reviews, my wife and I decide to go with Premier Pools & Spas on Knoxville TN. We met with Tommy at our home and we explained in detail what we wanted our back yard area to look like with what my wife and I had envisioned. Tommy took notes and measurement. We then met with Tommy a week or so later at his office where he showed what he had drawn up on his computer and it looked just like we had spoken about. Tommy was absolutely GREAT to work with! He was very responsive to every call, every text and every email! Tommy met all of our needs and concerns during this project and we could not be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Premier Pools and Spas Knoxville and Tommy to ANYONE that is looking to install a pool and outdoor kitchen in their backyard.

They will lie to you, they will lie to the Better Business Bureau and they will take NO responsibility for their lies and subpar work. Update: 7/19/23- I sent a list of items that still need to be addressed over a month ago. One has been addressed. This seems about right considering it took them 10 months longer to complete my pool than what was stated in the contract. Beware of the sudden rush of 5 star reviews. I find it odd that not one of those reviewers posted a picture of the perfection that Premier created for them. It’s especially odd for the review from a “local guide” who has posted 81 pictures in his 26 other reviews. Makes me wonder if they are actual customers or friends and family. Update 11/17/23- they still have several items they refuse to give me an answer on. My pool is leaking and they’ve been dragging their feet for almost a month. Their communication is beyond awful. 11/20/23- they think allll the bad reviews are from me? I find that hilarious. They are making things up and grasping at straws. It’s also telling that they didn’t give any answers to all their errors. They still have not replied to multiple texts. They refuse to acknowledge or fix their mistakes. They tell me to call, but yet told the BBB that they want to communicate via text. They can’t keep their own story straight. 4/26/24- They refuse to reply to any messages (even though they told the BBB that was their preferred communication with me). My grout is still needing to be fixed. Their employee acknowledged they used a grout with a different dye lot and would get back to me with a resolution. That was last summer. Since that time employees have told me that the company advised them to not respond to me at all. I’m adding a few pictures of the grout. This is just 1 of the many deficiencies they are ignoring.

So where do I start? I met with several builders before making my decision to go with Premier Pools and Spa! Michele was absolutely amazing from the beginning and totally understood what we were looking for. The team kept us informed the entire way through the process. I am so happy with our end result… even when I was doubtful; I thought my pool was going to freeze over during our mini blizzard … it withstood the test! Great Job Premier Pools and Spas of Knoxville!
