This company earns a 5 star in every way! We found Exterior Stucco Solutions online. After speaking with Carlos, we hired them to build our fireplace outside of Nashville Tennessee. And although it was a 2 hour drive for them each way to the site, they took the job. We collaborated on the design and planning all by phone. The work that was done exceded our expectations. (And we set a high bar!) Carlos and Herman did everything we asked for AND more. They charged a very reasonable amount of money for the beautiful, high quality job that they did. We could not have asked for better end result. Everyone who has seen this fireplace is impressed. And although the job took longer than anyone expected , they never waivered on their price. I did ask for one thing to be changed and added another detail. Which added more time. Not once did they say they could not do something. Carlos was determined to give us what we asked for.
You will NOT be dissappointed with this company and their impeccable work!! Hire them!!!
I called and scheduled an on-site inspection to get a quote for repairing the stucco. However, he didn't show up, and I waited for about an hour. Later, I received a text from him saying he couldn't make it, but he didn't respond to my calls or texts afterward. Very unprofessional. Highly not recommended. And on the second day, after I posted a review, instead of apologizing, he texted me and called me with a F-word.

Signed an agreement to do repair work on an office building, but did not show up on the date he said he would be there. Would not send COI information or return multiple phone calls and emails. Finally got in touch with him and he said he was very busy and I could find someone else if I couldn't wait a couple more days. ZERO communication about the delay, so not sure why he was testy with me. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

We built our home in 2010. Last year our stucco chimney started to crack. We thought minor repairs might work. Then large pieces of stucco appeared on our deck. It’s difficult to get someone out to our remote area. Carlos came in person to evaluate the chimney and provide a bid. The chimney was was not built properly in 2010. It required a tear down and rebuilding the chimney. Carlos and his employees were competent and professional. The significant amount of damaged wood confirmed that we made the right decision to rebuild. Thank you Carlos for a great job. Bill and Carol

Had an addition done with super results. you cannot tell the old from the new. Very happy with the work and quick completion.

Carlos did a great job fixing our front steps that were damaged during the recent ice storm. He was very skilled in making the repair, taking the time to make sure we were satisfied. Not to mention the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend

The hardest thing for any homeowner is looking for a honest and professional contractor. I had to fire my stucco contractor. The job was horrible and extremely unprofessional. Through a client, I contacted Carlos. He inspected the incomplete project and gave me an estimate. It was reasonable. He said that he will complete in seven days. I was skeptic, but agreed. Truth to his words, he and his team completed a day before Thanksgiving. I am very satisfied with how the final product look. I highly recommend Carlos and his team to anyone who want to install stucco to their home.

Exterior Stucco Solutions did an amazing job refacing our fireplace! They were prompt in offering an estimate and skillful in meeting our expectations. They were very professional and thoughtful during the job, which turned out beautifully.

We hired Carlos Juarez, Exterior Stucco Solutions, to change the color of our 20 yrs old exterior brick home from Terracotta-orange-ish to an Ivory-Bone White. After looking at options such as primer&paint and traditional lime wash, we decided to try Carlos' Exterior Stucco Solutions "lime wash process." We are very happy with everything Carlos... a very reasonable price, careful attention to detail, care for the plants around which he had to work, masking surfaces to protect from product bleed, responsiveness and follow through on issues and questions along the way, clean up, etc. To sum it up, we highly recommend Carlos as both a person (integrity) and a contractor (high quality and a fair price).
