Jon returned my phone call within a few business hours and schedule a repair time for my range within the same week. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and even took the time to point out how some residue had built up and was affecting the stovetop function. He was pleasant, professional and efficient. I will absolutely use their service again for any major appliance repair.

I called ELEET Appliance to find a part for my GE Dryer that I am repairing and spoke with John. Despite not selling the parts (he does repairs), John took the time to refer me to a parts store in Knoxville where the part could be purchased. John knew the model number and problem I was describing, he knew what parts were involved, and pointed out best practices on how to perform the repair myself. John knows his stuff (period)! He's also professional and helpful. If there is ever an appliance problem I can't figure out myself... John at ELEET Appliance will be the first person I call.

Fabulous customer service! The service technician was very friendly and helpful. My son had to tried to fix the problem himself, the technician told me that my son put the part in crooked, he repositioned it and it worked great, only charged me the service call!

John was always on time and arrived when he promised. Extremely professional and honest. He fixed my ice maker and gave a thorough assessment and explanation of what the problem was in addition to his recommendation for how to fix the part. His deposit for making the consultation visit was reasonably priced and counts toward total cost (parts plus service).
Other repair companies that I contacted either never called me back or didn’t show up. Highly recommend Eleet! I hope nothing else breaks in my house for a long time, but if it does I will definitely call him.

I have a stacking washer that stopped working. I called Eleet, spoke with John about the problem, and set up an appointment. John was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He arrived on time, presented a solution, ordered the parts and installed them. We still had issues after the part installation, but John responded quickly and stayed with us to make sure the unit was working. I would highly recommend John and Eleet to all.

I would recommend Eleet to anyone. I was able to get an appointment quickly with Jonathan, he came on time to diagnosis my dishwasher and gave a very fair quote. I had to wait about a month before I was able to repair the unit due to a warranty claim. He was very patient and provided all the paperwork necessary for the warranty claim. Jonathan came out again on time to install the part and my problem was resolved. Overall excellent customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was having problems with my dishwasher not functioning properly and contacted Eleet Appliance Repair online. Within hours, one of their technicians contacted me to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called to let me know they were on their way, and arrived on time. Not only did they repair my dishwasher, they gave me valuable advice on how to optimize my dishwasher's performance going forward. And to top it all off, they were extremely affordable. This is such a great company. Had an issue with my dryer and needed it fixed ASAP. Every place else couldn’t or didn’t seem to want to fit me in except this company. They were very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Jim the tech arrived a few hours after making the call and did a thorough inspection, fixed the problem and was very reasonable priced. I will be using this company again for my appliance needs.
