GO SEE JORDAN!!!! He was super helpful and very knowledgeable of what we needed!!! My better half sent me with a list of things and Jordan was able to help me get me everything I needed, even the few things that were not on my list! Awesome experience and to me as a business owner, that customer service is what it’s all about! Thanks Jordan! We will definitely be back!!!!!!

Loudon County Rentals was good at the beginning. Now they are ERG, their reputation has severely decreased. We had been renting from them for nearly 3 years, but after a bad month of newly pick up equipment breaking, tracks coming off, hydrologic hoses breaking, and over heating machines we will be hesitant to use ERG. Moreover, we bought the rental protection every single time and they actually charged us $500 extra dollars for a deductible, I insisted that they checked their machines before delivering or picking up but their staff is not nice to minority business owners.

Have rented three different times here over the past 10 years. I have always received fast friendly service from the guys behind the counter to the guys briefing me on how to use the equipment. Machines have always been top notch and accomplished the task that I needed to do. Rates are reasonable and they even offer a Military Discount. Very much appreciate a company that supports me.
