In late December, a truck hauling an uncovered load of rock sent a rock flying towards my windshield while driving on I-40 between Memphis and Nashville. Via word of mouth, Rambo Glass was highly recommended for windshield replacement. Kayla, who handles coordination and communication has been extremely wonderful to work with as well as accommodating and conscientious. The quote and final price were extremely reasonable, and the work was done in a very timely manner. I will be recommending this company to others, also. Support your local small business.

The worst company to work with they will lie to you they don’t show up like they say and if they do they will not call you back you have to call them. They will promise to do theses things and will not. What’s really bad is I’m talking about the own of the company is who I dealt with.

I can not thank the owner and staff at Rambo glass enough!!! Last night we had an attempted break in with no entry granted and both men caught by the police. The glass company was closed today but they came out and measured the door and had it fixed by the afternoon. I can not say thank you enough. It is customer service like that which makes me a customer for life. I would highly recommend them!!!!

Vey unprofessional & UNORGANIZED company! Lack of communication is very poor for a Serious business to Run! You always have to call for everything like seeing if they have an appt for you set up, confirming your appt, and checking on your order/ estimate!! It seems like there is always an excuse & can never have an answer to your questions when you call...Of course she always says she will call you back BUT YOU end up calling THEM. I regret in making business with Ramboo and not going with other Glass Companys that was a little bit higher on Price. I would have saved Time & Calls! Still have not recieved my Glass because they dont know when my order is coming in the TRUCK lol! So disappointing!!!
