Arc It Welding (Jerry Crow) was hired as a subcontractor to procure materials and fabricate the steel frame for a detached 2-vehicle carport that we are adding to our home. The work was a mobile, on-site project. First and foremost, I must praise Jerry—he is most kind and courteous, responding to my naive questions with respect and professionalism. He obviously has a commanding grasp of his trade. He had two crew-persons with him who were equally friendly. Although I know very little about welding, the finished product looks great. His craftsmanship and attention to detail deserves recognition—the welds all look uniform in size with good fusion and negligible spatter, no cracks or gaps, with clean, smooth grinding and shiny surfaces. The position of shear plates and bolted connections appear flawless. The steel frame is plumb, level, and square--ready for the next phase of construction (see attached photos). The work was completed ahead of schedule, and they took extra care to minimize disturbing property and landscaping in and next to the site. After the work was completed, he cleaned the area of all work-related waste and debris, leaving the place in nearly as good a condition as when he arrived. I highly recommend Jerry/ Arc It Welding.
Very professional and very very good at what they do. I had two different types of metal to weld heavy steel and then aluminum and they did it like a pro even better than the manufacturer.!!

Our company was supporting a Knoxville work site where we provided steel for a new building. We encountered a number of issues and shipping parts back and forth was very expensive. Jerry came to the rescue by performing remediation work for us on site. He was prompt, professional, and his product was correct first time out. He really saved us with the situation and the customer with his professionalism. I hope I don't need him for more remediation, but I would use him again without hesitation, no matter the task.

I spoke with Jerry about a month ago about a project I was going to do on my camping trailer. He told me to call him when I had all my materials together and we could set a date to have it done. So when the time came, I called him on a Friday, early afternoon, hoping that it could be done in a week or two (good welders are busy folks). To my total surprise, he had an opening on Monday and came to my house to do the welding for me.
Jerry was prompt, professional, and an extremely good welder. I couldn't be happier with his work and I will certainly recommend him to anyone that needs welding work done. A true craftsman that takes pride in his work.....just the way it is supposed to be. Thanks Jerry and continued success with your business.

I overloaded the hitch on my motorhome and Jerry came up with a fix. He had great response time, good engineering skills, prepared all his materials in advance, so the job went very smoothly. Good work, good price, great outcome. I just ran 200 MI on the repair and everything looks great. I'd recommend Jerry to anyone.
