First impressions for me are a huge indicator of what my experience is going to be . We had pipes burst from winter freeze and our entire downstairs living area was flooded . Susie was an amazing professional and I realized immediately she was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done . Her team was very skilled and the craftsmanship of their work was so good ! Their responsiveness to address anything we needed was excellent and Susie helped us navigate with our insurance company to deliver the best outcome In a situation that was very difficult . I have NO reservations in recommending Allied and Susie and her team . Overall a great experience !!

Five stars isn't enough! We had a warranty issue with the drywall in our new home and needed an estimate to prepare for possible litigation. From the moment we contacted Allied, we found them to be professional, caring, courteous, and extremely supportive of our issue. Roy and Sue were fantastic and promptly returned all our calls, texts, and/or emails. The comprehensive and detailed estimate they completed assisted us in coming to a resolution with our builder. We would highly recommend Allied.

As we returned home from a brief trip, we found our house flooded. Allied Contractors responded immediately. Sue clearly informed us regarding the steps necessary to correct the situation. The work crew was prompt, professional, cooperative, efficient, and neat. We are very grateful for the outstanding job of removing and replacing 2,000 square feet of flooring and new baseboard throughout. We strongly recommend Allied Contractors to anyone needing an honest and trustworthy source of help. We would definitely use them again.

Honesty, Integrity and Follow Through! Give them a call immediately if you are near Manchester, TN. No matter how large or small the job, they will let you know if they can take you as a client and guide you through the process. The owner Roy and project manager Sue were very upfront and professional. This was our first time experiencing structural damage to our home and they did not leave us hanging while we were displaced. They gave us peace of mind during a difficult time and that is everything. They went above and beyond to get us back in our home by Christmas. We were also very impressed with the entire crew but especially Lucas and Keith. The interior work was truly impressive. They took time to do quality work and it showed. This community is very fortunate to have a company like this available to them.

Roy, and his two good-looking sons, did a fantastic job sealing our double-wide asphalt driveway. They worked quickly and efficiently and had our entire driveway, plus a large section by the mailbox, completed in about an hour and a half. They took extra care around my mailbox post where I had plants growing which I truly appreciated. They left no clutter at all to indicate that recent work had been done on our driveway. We are glad to recommend Allied Contractors as honest and professional workers and are completely satisfied with our driveway.
