Jeff is very thorough plus has an attention to detail. He discussed some of the more serious issues with me and gave insight on possible solutions.
The written report contained many clear photos with notations of the issues. It included a summary focusing on the most serious issues. I got the report and summary the same day so there was only a short waiting period.
The price is based on sq ft and possibly other variables, but I considered it to be very fair.
He’s doing Radon testing also, which takes 2 days for the results, and the price for that is very fair also.
Jeff is all you hope for from a home inspector: prompt, detailed, professional, and courteous. He did a great job with my home inspection and I would recommend him highly!

Jeff did an amazing job in the inspection!!! He found some items that were problems that I felt had been “hidden” during the negotiations for the offer. Because of him finding these things, it saved me from making a huge mistake! I’d give him 10 stars if that was an option !!! Thanks Jeff!!

Belmar Home Inspectors returned my call within 30 minutes. Jeff was friendly and professional. He understood exactly what I needed. The appointment time was in a timely manner.
The instructions for signing the contract were very clear. Because we are out of state, we were able to sign the contract via email. The contract was easy to understand and easy to sign.

Since we are from out-of-state we were searching for a Home Inspector online who was professional, thorough, and trustworthy. Jeff was exactly that and more! He was on time and properly prepared for the inspection process. Jeff was attentive to our questions and concerns. He explained his report process which includes photographs and detailed descriptions. All of which were of great value aiding in our decision making process. We had need for an inspection on a home so we could find out about needed repairs. Inspection was thorough, completed quickly and he explained items as he went through the entire home and property. This gentleman was a very professional and thorough home inspector. I owned a computer company for many years in Orlando FL. One of my customers was a home inspector and he gave me many tips about how to choose a quality home inspector. I never forgot what he told me to look for.
