I had a really bad problem with my kitchen sink. Like it was not draining at all. I'd had plumbers from another company come out and all they did was run a snake through the sink drain and charge me a lot of money. Within a week it was stopped up just as badly as before. Anthony, from Pro Plumbing Plus was very knowledgeable and professional and told me what the problem was and how they would fix it for me. We booked a future date and he and his apprentice came out exactly when they said they would. They even called ahead to tell me they were on their way. The job took several hours of crawling around under the house replacing old pipes but in the end everything is working perfectly. Anthony was very meticulous about explaining things to me what they were doing and tidied up after he was done, even putting everything away back under the kitchen sink for me. (Did I mention that they both wore pink booties over their shoes to protect my floors both times they came out?) I recommend this company to anybody who wants an honest & professional job done on their plumbing needs and will definitely call them first if the need ever arises for me again.

We had a late night emergency - water leak under our house. We called Pro Plumbing and within an hour Dustin arrived. Then, within an hour and a half, he was all done and our problem was fixed. The charges were very reasonable and worth every penny. Dustin was very kind and considerate and highly skilled. We couldn't be more pleased.

I would like to send a very big thank you to pro plumbing plus electric. I called them yesterday to come diagnose a problem with a leak in the shower. I had been waiting weeks on my home warranty company and the warranty company kept saying they couldn’t find anyone. After a long fight with them they finally said I could find my own plumber. I called pro plumbing and they got someone out here next day! And best part, the fix was super easy so I ended up not having to deal with the warranty company at all because going through them would have cost more and took more time. I’m really happy I decided to call pro plumbing. I’ll be keeping their number!

These guys were AMAZING! We had our guest bathroom toilet overflow to the point of causing serious damage. These guys came out immediately, and went to work. They were so patient and sweet and answered my million questions. And it wasn’t but 20 minutes later, our problems were fixed. I highly recommend this company and their workers.

As others have said, you will never call another plumber! We moved into our home and quickly learned there was a problem. All piping in the house was new but still didn’t drain. I called PPP late Friday, and Chris was here by 8:00 Monday. He discovered we still had the old clay pipe which was clogged with tree roots. Chris rearranged his schedule and with Matt’s help we had new sewer drains by 1:00 Tuesday. Extremely professional and highly recommended.

As a woman, it's difficult to find good quality honest help with home repairs. Thank Heavens I found Pro Plumbing Plus Electrical!!! Excellent service! Quality work! Courteous and knowledgeable professionals! I will definitely call them again when needed. I highly recommend them! I don't give recommendations lightly because it's my word. But, I give you my word...they are exceptional!!! Anthony and Max were terrific. Plus the work comes with a 5 year warranty on labor and 1 year on parts. It's even transferable to the next home owner! Beyond impressed!
