They are quick and efficient. Steven explained everything he was doing throughout the entire process.and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have an older unit and was afraid I’d have to replace the entire thing but it was just a simple part replacement at a way lower price than I thought I’d pay. Communication from the moment I called and up to this posting have been exceptional and I absolutely will be having them install and maintain my new system when I update it in a couple of years.
Mathew the technician was a total professional. Explained what he was doing and why found nothing wrong with my unit and didn't try to push anything I didn't need. Overall a very pleasant experience would highly recommend this company

Matthew came out worked on my air. Had it fixed and no time at all. He was prompt polite, and very efficient. Thanks to Matthew. We can now enjoy our cool home experiences. I would recommend this company to anybody if you’re having problems with your air or heat. Thank you, Matthew. You’re great.

Very professional and thorough. Got me an appt the same day. Communicated ETA, showed up on time and had my AC up and running the same day. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends and family.

A&L are awesome. Aaron (owner) is one of the most honest people in business. Would recommend them every time. Ron Riva was exceptionally knowledgeable and neat. They are very well organized and customer service oriented.

A&L Heating and Air has serviced my unit since I purchased my house 8 years ago. I had storm damage to my outdoor unit, A&L worked with my insurance carrier providing an estimate with clear explanation of what the damages were and what was required to make the house whole again. They scheduled my appointment in a timely fashion and the entire unit was completed in less than a day.
Technicians were professional, courteous and wonderful with my pups! Highly recommend A&L for any service you may need!!

A/C unit went down due to a power surge. They were very responsive, and were on site with 24 hours. They diagnosed the problem quickly, Verified the parts warranty for me, and gave me an a very reasonable estimate to fix it. My technician was Daniel. While I don’t know the other technicians, I would highly recommend this very professional and knowledgeable young man.
Ashley who is the office manager/scheduler is very helpful and polite. I highly recommend

My tech was named Josiah and he was on time, clean and ready to help me with my issue. The job was more difficult due to the fact the age of my building and the age of what we were replacing. He was able to get on the phone with his super and together they reason the best way to make the needed changes. It looks great and they insisted upon clean up when I said I was quite willing and able to do that. Love them.
