Jeff came out and did a great job. Was on time, gave us an upfront cost to fix our problem, and this was on a Friday night. He was professional and I have nothing bad to say about his service. Would recommend.
The tech was great by the minimal cost was a pain. Took an $800 hit for nothing more than a loose connection. The company responded back and my partner did verify over $1000 to check for a leak and tighten a pipe under the name My Plumber.

These folks came today to run a water line, across MY property, from a new meter to a family members home. The mess that was left was totally unacceptable. There are large roots, big rocks, and piles of dirt left behind all nicely covered in straw. Not to mention MY connection box was damaged. It will be impossible to mow over that mess come spring. In my 26+ years of excavating I have NEVER left a customer with a mess like this and would have been embarrassed to do so. They will get to have a conversation with me over this one tomorrow. I totally would not recommend.

What an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional team! Jimmy and Rance were amazing - not only installing expertly, but also taking care of a few imperfections that popped up, communicating thoroughly about what they would do and why, as well as cleaning up after themselves and leaving both areas looking fantastic - and not just because of the new sinks they installed! Anthony was such a pleasure to deal with as he spoke with us first to discuss what was needed, and checking in today to make sure that things were going as expected.
We are beyond pleased and will call on them again when needed.

After a few days of this bitter cold, our pipes froze and then burst. Our regular plumber wasn't even running trucks, so we called My Professional Plumber. Technician Anthony Branam was there in less than two hours and had us patched up quickly. Because of their great pricing and fantastic attitude, we decided to have more work done, including a new water heater and replacing some old galvanized pipes. Our dogs even got to know their team and our Chihuahua, Bam Bam, decided that apprentice Donovan made a nice bed while he was on his back, working under our kitchen sink. :) We'd highly recommend this team!

Chris with my professional plumber was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I had my pressure regulating valve replaced and Chris was quick, thorough, and had quality workmanship. I highly recommend him and my professional plumber!

If you are looking for quality plumbing service, you found it. I had purchased my home less than a year ago and to my unpleasant surprise, was informed that the pipes under my house and leading to the road needed to be replaced because they had come with the original build (early 1970s). Derrick and Tristan took care of everything in about 2.5 days. They answered all my questions, showed me pictures of what was going on, and made sure I understood everything. On top of the excellent service, they were kind and respectful humans. I even had to leave them alone in my home for a few hours which I had no problem doing. They left, they locked up, and texted me letting me know. Overall, they went above and beyond to ensure that our home was taken care of and that we had peace of mind. We financed with them because yes, plumbing repairs can be costly. The financing is allowing us to pay monthly with no interest for 24 months. When it comes to plumbing and peace of mind, you don't want to cut corners. MPP certainly won't cut corners with you!

I recently reached out to Jamie not for plumbing issues but for some insight on a business matter. To be honest, I never thought in a million years anyone would actually get back to me but I was wrong. Not only did he get back to me right away he didn't try and rush off the phone, he was more than helpful and even said we could save his number if we have any other questions. This simple act of kindness means more to me than most will ever know. How enlightening it was to know that there are still kind people in this world who care about others. If you ask me, he's a stand up guy and deserves recognition for it. Thank you Jamie.

First, I'd like to acknowledge April who took my call. It was late afternoon 2/9/23 and she quickly made some calls and was able to find a tech to come out on short notice. If it wasn't for April to start with, I would've probably ended up going with another company. My drains were slow & toilets wouldn't flush; I needed service asap. I don't know if My Professional Plumber has lowered their prices, after reading much older reviews, I was very pleased with the fair price I paid to get my main Septic pipe unclogged. I'm a mature, single woman and was happy Brandon didn't try to overcharge me or "find" other issues. Branden A. was an excellent tech! He texted & called b4 coming out, arrived on time, wore shoe covers and was clean cut, which I appreciate. Branden was very helpful, quickly found the problem, and advised me on proper maintenance to prevent the issue in the future. Thank you Branden for your honest work! I would highly recommend and will request him in the future!
