Great service, Jayme was awesome. He fixed the busted valve, but also looked around to figure out what caused it to break. He made sure there were no other issues that needed immediate attention, and warned me about possible future issues and how to prevent them. I highly recommend this company and this tech.
Had a great experience with Mitch M. and TSP&D. Informative, professional, and very neat! Worked a couple of miracles for us and brought it all in significantly below the bid. Will call again for future plumbing repair needs!

When I called, the phone was answered by a person that was upbeat and friendly. He set up my appointment and was able to fit me in the same day. The technician Patrick was friendly and professional. He was timely and thorough. He evaluated the situation, then provided me with my options. He answered all my questions with no pressure to choose one option over another. The price was reasonable. All of this occurred while I was on vacation out west. They also offer a military discount supporting the troops. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater sprung a leak over the weekend. Tennessee Standard called us first thing Monday morning and they were able to set up a service appointment that same morning. Robert Mason gave us 5 star service. He took the time to investigate our plumbing issues and to patiently explain all of our options before completing the work the same afternoon! We've never had a bad experience with Tennessee Standard Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Mitch Matheny is the man! He came to take a look at a leak issue we were having at our home and really went in depth on the issue and solution. Along with that, he even determined there might be a problem with the water heater and offered to take a look. He genuinely helped put me at ease with all the information he was able to provide. 11/10 recommend working with Mitch. I haven’t had an experience like this ever when it comes to home services. No exaggeration here!

I am so grateful for Tennessee Standard Plumbing. They took such good care of me from Grant who diagnosed my plumbing issues to Patrick and his team who came out and repaired everything. They all responded quickly, efficiently and with the knowledge necessary. I finally feel like I have found a company I can trust to do the work right. Thank you!!

the people here are absolutely fantastic! they’ve worked with us for weeks to get our problems figured out, through a million and one issues around every corner, it’s been an insane couple weeks and they have helped through every step of it. Jayme Jeskie and Logan Bice were absolutely phenomenal at their jobs and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Also, the office guys, Dan, Bobby, and Skyler, were so extremely helpful and patient with us getting financing figured out. A fantastic company would 110% recommend! Amazing people here!

Jayme is an exceptional plumber! He took his time to u cover all of the issues we had throughout our home. He was supportive and sympathetic towards us as we processed the severity of the problem. He carefully documented our issues so that we could highlight all of the installation issues with our sewer system.
