The best!!! I had dealt with a local fabricator in the past. This time, however, I was only met with rudeness. Went to Granite Depot where I met Dimitri. Wonderful to work with!! Found the look I was hoping for and gave me options in different price ranges. The process was quick from selection to measurement to installation. Everyone was polite and efficient. I can’t say enough good things. The wall behind my counter, is not finished, so ignore that.

My wife and I went to the store in Knoxville. I spoke with the owner and she put me in touch with Dmitriy who made our dreams come true in short order. A shout out to Igor also who made the layout go smooth. When our basement gets finished off we will be back for sure. Thanks again to the professional team that made our dreams come true.

We chose our granite countertops and sinks for our 2 bathrooms, both of which are double sinks on a Thursday and the installation happened by the next Thursday! So quick! And fabulous work at an affordable price! I highly recommend!

If you're on a budget, then this is the place to go. I was recommended by a friend. When I went in, I met Kasie, she put together a great deal for me and showed me many options. They have packages for tight budgets, or they have remnants. Plus, if your budget is not an issue and you're just looking for high-end counter tops, they have them. They have some of the most beautiful choices around. Personally, I went with a remnant for my kitchen that was $40 per square ft. I also needed counter tops for a kitchenette. For that one, I went with the package deal. It was $2,000 for 40 Sq. Ft. I was quoted similar prices across town for Laminate. In my opinion these are both great deals. Kasie and the team here are great to work with.

We have had a great experience with Granite Depot after a rocky start. Their customer service and professionalism turned out to be superior. The quartzite is gorgeous. Roman’s crew was great! Looking forward to working with these folks for our bathroom soon!

Just had Granite counter tops installed in kitchen/dining room area. I never post reviews but was actually impressed with the quality of the work done. I have done granite work personally in the past including fabricating custom kitchen islands, tops, etc. as part of my renovation business. I just expected the granite to be installed and I would fix the rest myself. I was wrong. Granite depot did a great job installing the granite without making a giant mess in my kitchen. The sink opening was cut perfect just like I would have done. The seam was done right including mixing of colors to get just the right shade instead of using stock colors. The granite was dead nails straight and followed the back wall very closely saving me time when doing the back splash. I do not know what else to say except that I will be giving them more business in the future. Thank you, Sean Farley East Tennessee Renovations

Granite Depot is deserving of much more than a five-star rating; their stone quality and customer service are both astounding. I genuinely sensed that everyone wanted to help me and was eager to do so. I chose to give them a try after learning about them from a friend who had their stone completed. They did not let me down. For granite or and stone services, I wholeheartedly endorse Granite Depot of Knoxville! They also work quickly and well, which has impressed and satisfied me!

We purchased a beautiful slab of Blue Dunes leather finished granite for a kitchen remodel. They do have a nice selection for any budget. We replaced all of our cabinets, everything was perfectly level and verified by the template maker before installing. We were unable to view the layout in person and agreed pictures would be sent for our approval. They were sent and a response was needed within a couple hours to be able to install on our scheduled date. We felt pressured to approve a final layout and when we reluctantly did so we indicated we trusted their judgement on what would line up and match since they are the experts. Upon completion of install, we noticed one of the seams (pictured) was not the ideal layout as it didn't match up and was not mentioned before install. In addition, one side of the granite was shimmed to make the seem line because the leather finish gives you uneven thicknesses throughout (told to us by the installers.). This resulted in the granite one side of the stove was 1/4 inch out of level to the other side. It took two weeks and multiple phone calls to get someone here to look at it and fix the levelness. We love the countertops, don't love the mismatch of the pattern that could have easily been flipped to make it match up. Just seemed like it was a rushed and careless job. Do whatever you need to get there in person for the layout approval. Do not trust their judgement on placement. Update: Granite Depot did reach out, we did not reach an acceptable agreement on resolution as I was not willing to have my entire kitchen pulled apart (backsplash already installed)
