I would give zero stars if I could! The guys in the office are the least helpful of anywhere I have called to ask a question to. I will only call and use the Greeneville store from here on out! They are very customer service oriented and go the extra mile helping someone who really doesn't know what they are calling to purchase. Thank you Greeneville!

Gone way down hill, I've spent thousands of dollars in electrical supplies here. Used to be ultra friendly and helpful, even used to let me in supply room to find what I needed. With a 200 amp 3 phase service on the ground type emergency today I hardly got the time of day. Hopefully they were just having a bad day because they've always been awesome.

GREAT SERVICE! called and has my part so told him I’m on my way. got the part even though it was after closing time cause the guy was out back doing work and opened for me. This part will fix all the hibachi grills so the restaurant will be open for the weekend
