From start to finish, I had a great experience with City Tile in selecting and installing my kitchen tile backsplash. Kevin took the time to show me the many tile, grout, and pattern options available to make certain I would be a satisfied customer. He came out to my house to ensure the correct measurements were taken and provided an estimate that afternoon. As soon as my supplies were in (about a week), he called to schedule the install for a couple of days later — Saturday at 10AM. Delorez and his associate were right on time and were professional and expert installers! They were very careful in moving my stove so as not to damage my hardwood floors. They cleaned up their worksite when they left - you wouldn’t have known that they had been here! Many thanks to everyone involved! Loving my tile!!

Completed the work on our entire house--replaced carpet and retiled 3 bathrooms. The workers were all very efficient and worked quickly. The end result was fantastic!
Mary and Robyn were extremely helpful to me in the process!

Came to this place to get an estimate. When we entered the store, we were not greeted and 6 women were huddle together behind the desk with blank stares. We stood there for a couple of seconds before anybody greeted us and out of the 6 women only 1 did. As the other 5 huddled together to continue discussing something about Disney.
The lady that helped us seemed more confused than us on why she was there trying to provide us service. As we gave the information, she and the other women continued to just stare blankly and provided no response. As we all stared at each other in silence, she then asked some things about flooring like the floor plan measurements, and company flooring / style. After providing this information, she then stared at us again blankly with no response as if she was confused by the information provided. She then left the desk abruptly in confusion without any direction provided to us. Suddenly one of the Mouseketeers yelled "you're supposed to follow her!". As we were back there, the woman had no idea where any of the flooring options were for the company that we provided. She asked numerous times what the name of the style was and was provided that name at least six times before realizing it was not where it was. Once the woman found what we were looking for, she then again stared at us blankly and said she needed a copy of the floor plan and that they would not be able to give us an estimate at all as they were closing within 20 minutes. We understood we came before closing but did not expect to basically be swept away as soon as possible just because it was close to their closing time. As we were there. Another couple walked in and the mouseketeers decided to yell out, "We are closing soon!", and did not even attempt to help the couple that came in. She then took our information down and stated we will get to you once we have an estimate, but did not provide any information on who would be calling us or a timeline of when we would be contacted. Needless to say, regardless of the estimate based on the customer service we were provided, we will not be going with them.

Just had our touch up from our 1 year inspection and Marshall was an absolute delight. Not only was everything touched up to perfection but I learned a lot during the process! Every single experience I have had with City Tile has been personable, professional, and simply outstanding! Thank you for the exceptional service you provide to our community!

Be careful buying carpet from here. We needed new carpet and chose to go with City Tile because they installed our original carpet when we built our house 18 years ago and have been in business for many years. Since the day the new carpet was installed we have been disappointed with it. The seams didn't blend in several areas and it had a few snags. They came out to look at it and told us to give it time and it would probably blend better. They also blamed it on the type of carpet we went with, but it was the same type of carpet we previously had and never had any issues with it. One year later the carpet was already looking worn down like we had had it for several years, doesn't even look better when you vacuum it. We contacted City Tile, it took a few attempts and took them a while to contact us back. City Tile contacted the manufacturer of the carpet company who told them we would have to get the carpet professional cleaned before anyone would look at it. We have already wasted too much money on this cheap carpet and are extremely disappointed that City Tile would sell such poor quality carpet.

Kiersten Pepper worked with us to redesign our kitchen and did an incredible job! She listens to what her customers want and then delivers options. She goes the extra mile to make certain all the details come together beautifully and in a timely manner. She is so talented and we highly recommend her! City Tile’s crew did a fantastic job installing our flooring and backsplash! They were incredibly detail oriented and super friendly. Their workmanship is superb! They were very professional and eager to answer all our questions. These folks certainly go out of their way to take care of their customers. We HIGHLY recommend City Tile!

This company is great! They installed floors in my new home and any issue you may have they take care of. Thane came and helped me with minor wear and tear after being here for a few years and he has great customer service. Highly recommend

10/10 recommend! We spoke with Kiersten Pepper (who was so kind and helpful) and she assisted us with picking the best flooring for our budget and it fit great in our house. Then within a week the flooring guy came and put them in! It was such a quick and easy process that we will be going back and getting them to do our stairs and upstairs in a few months. Definitely check them out if you need great prices and friendly service!
