I have visited and made purchases on multiple occasions. The staff that works the counter come across as they couldn't care less if I came in or not. Sort of like I'm an inconvenience. They certainly don't ever get in a hurry. I'm not making any money while I'm standing there waiting for someone to wait on me. I'm talking about when I'm the only customer standing there. A simple communication acknowledging me being there and that they will wait on me as soon as possible. I have felt invisible.

Looking for multiple rocker switch cover. They took time to research what I was needing. They were also able to locate blanks to fill in unused switches. They were very reasonable on price and seem to have a quick delivery. They were also able to provide contactor for lights. All this at a very reasonable price. They took time with my requests. Very pleasant experience.

Team Electric was recommended to me by my electrician. I am happy to say I would also recommend Team Electric for any of your electric needs. I purchased everything needed to wire our house. They were always polite and courteous. They answered all my questions and offered helpful suggestions. Excellent customer service and I haven't had any issues in the 5 years we have been in our home.

Wish we had a Team Electric in Chattanooga. Our suppliers cater only to large contractors and are snobby. Never feel that way with Teams. Matthew is great for outside sales.
