Really thought we were going to get a good experience, and then there was just one problem after another. Some of the work wasn’t done right it had to be redone and they acted like they didn’t know anything was wrong to begin with, and grey made excuses for everything. There were obvious issues that anyone could see even if they didn’t have a trained eye. I was really dissatisfied with the entire experience. At least the granite that they use looks beautiful once it’s installed. The actual workers were great, but management needs to work on some things.
If this mismatched seam on a kitchen counter is appealing to you, then Middle TN Granite is your company. They see nothing wrong with this and will not correct the problem. In addition, we had to bring our sink to their location in Murfreesboro for them to cut the granite. The granite showed up to be installed with no hole cut, nor did our sink return until later. Hope this helps make your decision for a granite company easier.
UPDATE - After reading my review, I was contacted by someone at the Nashville office. I was told that there was an employee whom we were dealing with that had multiple complaints similar to ours and had been terminated. The offered to come out and replace everything I was unhappy with. I only asked them to fix the mismatched portion and they did do that. So I have added this to my review and changed my rating accordingly.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!Middle TN Granite recently installed our new kitchen & bathroom countertops. The process from initial estimate through completion was quite professional with a sense of friendliness added. I would recommend Middle TN Granite to anyone looking for a countertops upgrade.
