UPDATE: 6.15.24, Alek made it right. He reached out, came by for the diagnostic visit, and just replaced the dryer timer. EXCELLENT customer service!! I’m so happy to add to his great reviews! I was hoping to add to these stellar reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience. On 6.10.24, I filled out the form on their website and got an immediate response. They wanted to schedule an appt for diagnosis and said they'd come that evening between 5pm-6pm. I texted at 6:08pm asking if they were still coming and I still haven't heard from anyone (6.12.24). So, I'm back to square one to get my dryer fixed. Very disappointed after reading all of these wonderful reviews.
