Chad and his team at CDP Architecture are fantastic to work with. When you are looking for a real custom design, CDP is who you must use! They are patient and seek to truly understand what their client is looking for in a design. CDP incorporates the clients “must haves” into a phenomenal design and then adds features that you didn’t realize you were even missing. CDP’s creativity is above and beyond any other architecture firm we have ever worked with!
Mr. Coleman was very professional and helpful from the moment my phone call was received by his office. 10/10 thank you for your help.

We have worked with CDP Architecture on several construction projects thus far and will continue doing business with them in the future.
They are HIGHLY knowledgeable, professional, and classy! If there's ever a question that arises, they're available and able to answer it promptly and concisely.
Very responsible, keen oversight, excellent follow- through and ability ensure the general contractor and subcontractors are working together to properly execute their plans and vision.

Working with Chad and his team has been an absolute delight. His patience, creativity and commitment to getting it right are just a few of the many qualities he possesses. He has recruited an A+ team to support him and we felt taken care of through the entire process no matter who we were working with. Our house is an absolute dream - the design is impeccable and no detail was over looked. I would highly recommend working with CDP Architecture.

Chad and the folks at CDP helped us realize our dream renovation without overwhelming us with ideas. They took our thoughts and added theirs to render beautiful results in the renovation of our 1950's ranch home in Forest Hills, Nashville.
