Made an appointment and overall had a great experience during that appointment. I will say that the courtesy is a little little hit or miss? After making a couple of phone calls to clarify if the person that we worked with was going to be there, it felt like every person I talked with was snooty and couldn’t be bothered.
Super clean warehouse. RJ and the crew were extremely helpful and accommodating. Appreciate y’all.

I was sent to DalTile by my contractor and THEY WERE AMAZING! I worked with Colleen Attl and highly recommend her. We picked everything for my new home in 45 minutes, and she coordinated with my contractor on the measurements. Flawless. Thank you, Colleen!

Lots of tile to choose from. However, staff said they could not help me with pricing unless I had an account. I have an account, it's with my builder. I could have wasted everyone's time and called the builder (who sent me to this location to look) to let them know to give me pricing, but since they did not take the time to at least give me the retail on anything, I did not take the time to waste mine. Bought all of the tile and flooring for my new build from somewhere else

Gorgeous showroom, however after 10 minutes of looking as 3 female employees walking past me without a word or greeting, I left. It's a shame because I saw exactly what I wanted in my new home. It's back to researching other slab/countertop retailers.

Karen and everyone at Daltile have been amazing. Customer service is top notch. They kept me informed about my order, and responded quickly to all of my pesky questions. Glad I chose them for my tile and granite.

Daltile, located in the Nashville Design District, is my go-to tile store. I’ve been working with Lisa McNeese for years & she really knows her inventory. Plus, she’s an interior designer by trade so she always knows the latest industry trends.
Often times, if I show her my inspiration photo, she disappears (sometimes to their warehouse) and then magically returns with just what I need. If she doesn’t have what I want she can usually locate it.
My clients and I have been pleased with their products, the ordering process and most of all the level of professionalism by everyone involved. Highly Recommend!

Was picking a entire home out of flooring get all our tile here, loved this Showroom Lisa N. Helped with design and balance, could not be happier with her help and the process the work she did. Design turned out amazing. She was great to work with and entire staff was friendly love this clean showroom and ease of shopping here. Was the optimum tile buying experience! Highly recommend buying here
