I have never had a worse experience dealing with a tile company. Multiple pieces of the order were incorrect or the wrong amount. Have had to reorder additional pieces several times for this one order. Also their timing for having your order available at the store is extremely slow. Has greatly delayed my current project. You are also treated terribly by their employees, who don't seem to care at all if your order is correct or on time. Finally, they wont accept payment over the phone like everyone else in every aspect of construction I have dealt with. A complete nightmare of a company, avoid at all costs.
