Great experience with our fence install! We even had storm damage and they came out and quickly made the repairs and were very easy to work with as we navigated the insurance process!

This company also goes by the name "Best Gate Shop, LLC"
We called this company to have a repair done on our automatic residential gate and they were/are awful!! We called about 6 months ago for the initial call and after having a technician out 4 times, with every time being a different diagnosis from them, our gate still does not work properly. 3 weeks ago they said we needed a new modem on the gate and we were told they would order one and install it. I just called them today and they could not tell me if the modem had arrived. They did not have our service scheduled and were extremely uninformed and unhelpful. They also do not set service dates, and if by chance they do, they will not honor that service date. It appears the way they do things is by giving you a call the same morning when the technician will be arriving or, in most cases, when the technician has arrived at your house.
I can't even imagine how awful it would be to have them actually install a new gate if it takes them 6 months trying to fix a gate that they still to this day have not fixed.
To sum it up, I am lost for words at how unprofessional this company is. If you need a repair done I recommend calling the gate manufacturer and they will send you a list of their authorized dealers and repair companies. If you are looking for a new gate installation, anyone else will be better.
