Had used them for a fence previously. They were fast and responsive during the purchase but the double gate installed has never worked properly. It blows open with any wind...while my next door neighbors gate is never affected. Have called and text repeatedly with promises to fix unfulfilled. Now voice mails are full ...the gate us useless and I. Sny let my dogs out

First, Charles answered my call and was able to come out within 30 minutes. It was around 6:30pm when I called so I was surprised that he came out...very impressive! Charles was quick to get me a quote and get my fence scheduled! The installers had my old fence torn down and new fence installed in 2 days. The crew did a wonderful job! There were several things we had to "tweak" and the crew was always willing to do what would make us happy. Fences Unlimited does quality work at a reasonable price!

Doug Langston, the owner, came out to discuss the privacy fence I was wanting. I had a design in mind, but he gave me a better idea to go with the land of my property, the table-top fence (looks like stairs on a sloped lot). The job was scheduled a month out as their first available date, but when they received a cancellation a few days later, I was called. The workers arrived early and got right to work. It turned out that I needed 8' boards instead of 6' to give me the most privacy and still attain the style fence I wanted. The work was completed a few days later, and I have to say the workmanship was exceptional. I was so happy, I took a picture and sent it to Doug, telling him Thank you. Charles was also someone I communicated with by phone who put my mind at ease, was so patient and understanding. Since having the fence completed, I had four neighbors compliment the fence, and one is wanting one of her own by the same contractor. I will also say that in trying to get other estimates, it was a challenge with two other companies. One never responded to my emails for a job estimate. The other promised me a quote twice, but failed to do so. I'm quite satisfied with Fences Unlimited, and would gladly refer them to others.
