What a great team of people. From administration to site superintendent everyone has been a pleasure to work with. I cannot mention CA South without specifying Kevin King as one of the most knowledgeable project managers I have ever come across. As a subcontractor we generally spend more time over problems that a general contractor doesn't know how to handle. That is not the case with CA South. We work together as a team to overcome any problems and fix them correctly. All payments made were on time and accurate which is a huge bonus itself. I consider myself lucky to have come across a great general contractor and cannot wait to do more work with in future.

We have been working on a hotel renovation for CA South. Their understanding of conflicting schedules and workarounds to ensure my crew stays working is fantastic. I have been working with the CA South Constructors team now for over a year, as a subcontractor I can appreciate the orderly scheduling. Ensuring they are ready for my arrival and prompt payment. They truly care about their subcontractors which is uncommon within our industry. Kevin in project management runs a very tight ship. Tricia in billing, plans review is extremely helpful. Spencer & Tom as superintendents on site have my back if anything goes awry. Thank you team!
