I called and inquired about banners for my church and a sales person by the name of Vicky was rude and condescending. I dont think she heard a word I was saying because of her constantly interrupting me! If they allow people like that answering calls in sales, ill never do business there!

From the very first phone call to the dismantle of our hospitality suite, Impact Banners and Signs hit it out of the park!! What a great group of people to work with. They are so responsive and easy to work with. Caleb, Lizzy and crew, I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and collaborative attitude. All of my peeps were highly impressed which is the ultimate goal. Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!

For some reason, it almost feels strange writing a review about a "banner and sign" company. This is partially because I normally review hotels, restaurants and retail establishments, but also because up until now, I literally only thought of Kinkos/FedEx when it came to this type of purchase. I won't make that mistake again. "Impact Banners and Signs" exceeded all of my expectations, and the customer service was outstanding. I reached-out to this locally-owned company hoping they could make a personalized boat flag (admittedly last minute) as a Christmas gift for a "hard-buy-for" friend. After basically being laughed at by other similar businesses, owner's Drew and Susan Trotman could not have been more accommodating. Their designer was extremely "patient" with me through both the design and revisions, and the finished product was of high quality and exactly what I had in mind. Thank you "Impact Banners and Signs," I will definitely be back⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
