These folks are the go-to professionals in Nashville for my ALTA and boundary survey needs. Clint Elliott Survey has a great team in the office and out in the field. We had a tight timetable to get work completed on a deal recently and they were not scared to roll their sleeves up and get it done for us. From a communications perspective, they always met the promised timelines. I was always made to feel in the loop during the process. Thank you!

Clint Elliot Survey work on a simplw subdivision project. They are slow to get to work, disorganized internal and external communications. We had to convince them to even work on the plat because they wanted to act as gatekeepers to the planning department although I had already spoke with planning and got their blessing to do a subdivide. They barely take time to listen to what you want done which leads to multiple delays, increased costs and agitation. We were able to get our project complete in spite of their lack of professionalism.

Yes, I've got the right company. It's not like I'm going out of my way to post this, Google asked what I thought and I didn't receive good service or any service at all for that matter. I can understand being too busy to take on work but it took days to get a response by email just to he told we're too busy. Furthermore when I asked for any advice after I got no response and the quickest I've heard from y'all is from leaving a one star review. In my eyes I didn't receive good service at all.

They were available on relatively short notice compared to other surveyors, and seemed professional and thorough. Then they returned a month later for an unannounced follow-up visit (even though they had already delivered survey results to us). They trampled and cut my neighbor's 20-year-old hydrangea bushes back 3-4' over the property line and tried to cover it up like nothing had happened. I guess they needed to place a tripod in the corner of his yard? Didn't ask or notify me at all. Neighbor was rightfully upset when he saw the damage. They wrote him a check after I complained. Hopefully this unprofessional behavior and trespassing isn't a regular occurrence.

We all look for quality work, priced competitively, done on time and a team that has can-do customer care and service. If you feel that does not exist in companies anymore, let me tell you that it is alive and well at Clint Elliott Survey.
My project just like all the others is time sensitive. When the scheduling is six months out and others stop taking jobs all together the can-do Clint Elliott Team found a way to work me into their schedule. This allowed me to keep my project on target.
I am telling all of my friends and you if you need your property surveyed and tired of excuses of why it cannot be done, do like I did and contact Clint Elliott for all of your surveying needs.

I have no doubt that your staff’s solid work and knowledge of codes and regulations was instrumental in helping us find a way to present and ultimate pass the Planning Commission meeting.
