Moved into a new house and the AC wasn't working. They were here for hours. They did fix the AC and the owner came out to help the tech.
Very pleasant. We were very surprised at the bill. He could have charged a lot more for the time they put into fixing the unit.

I called them and said I had no heat on Friday they come out and my unit was 17yrs old and they got me heat last year when there was snow covered on the ground and no one else would come out they were standing in snow. Now I called them out on Friday my unit has went completely bad they told me Monday the unit would be here Tuesday they would have it in. Well Monday is going to be cold he said and wanted to have heat for the night. I really can’t say it enough they are truly the best professional and actually care about people. If anyone has an issue with heating and cooling I highly recommend Residential Plus Heating and Cooling. Simply the best of the best. No one else would even come out when it was cold and temp was freezing. Thank you Residential Plus Heating and Cooling

They came out at our request to do an estimate for a new home heating and cooling system. A day or two later we called in and asked for an estimate to fix our duct work. That was about a month ago and we haven't heard back from them. I'd give them only 1 star, but they where very professional when they came out to do the initial estimate. Response edit: First we have a 2 year old child as your tech is aware of from his talk with my wife. Second it takes a few minutes to pick up the phone and let us know your very busy including a focus on the elderly and houses with small children (like the 2 yr old toddler we have).
