Pictures will speak for themselves. Was sold this fence with a "lifetime warranty", but when a post broke, ETFC told me to put a flag on it, and someone would come by... that was two years ago. I have called and emailed about every three or four months, still broken, flag is still there. Additionally, the fence pickets will practically bend in the wind... see pictures. They have been hit by a ball here and there from little kids, which is expected, but a fence should not be this flimsy... this is the way it looks almost all around (see the first picture).... 5 years old, looks really terrible all around. Hard to believe you'd have to replace a fence after five years...

A gentleman had come out to see where we needed a fence and said he would email me a quote the next day. It has been two weeks since that appointment. I called two days after he came and a lady said he was working on quotes that day and would let him know I called. Personally if you are going to tell people you will be emailing them the next day then do so, but if you know its going to take a bit then just say that. Nice guy who came out but disappointed with not hearing back anything.

I wish I could rate the quality of their product/installation and how the finished gate looked, but unfortunately, I never got a chance to see it. I called them and never heard back from them. A week later, I tried again to get a quote. We scheduled a time but the guy showed 30 minutes late. He never answered my call and let me know he was going to be late - he just eventually appeared on my driveway. He could not ballpark a figure and said he needed a few days to put together a quote. He got a reminder call from me a week after the initial appointment, still no quote because he needed more time. A few days later I left him another message. Four weeks has since passed and we still do not have a quote. I am perplexed why they did not want our business. The only reason they got two stars instead of one is because he was at least friendly each time we spoke.
