Paid 800$ for a single line property survey and it was not marked on the back corner. We called multiple times and emailed the office 3 times with no response. Update: Someone called us back and eventually came to mark the back corner, as should have been done months prior. However, at least they came back and finished the job.

Does not doublecheck his employees work when a complaint comes in. Does not stand by his work by ensuring that when there are more than one result that its checked for accuracy. Does not seem to have a better business rating

I haven't done any business with this firm yet but I do have a land survery scheduled. If anyone is reading this that needs to know more about this process here it is: They are busy, keep calling if they don't answer, I don't think they actually use email, there is another Company in Manchester with the same name it's not them they are relatives, keep calling. Super nice people.
