I has a single simple handrail made. When I went to the shop I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days and the price would be $386.56. After 14 days I called to see if it was done. I was told that it would be a few more days but they were working on it. After a month I went by and asked if it was done. When I was told that it was not I asked to cancel the job and for my $193.28 deposit to be refunded. I was told no because they had already started on the rail. After two more weeks I received a call saying that the rail was complete. I went by and paid the balance. There were several nice handrails stacked against the building but when they brought my handrail out I was shocked! It was welded up square tubular steel. It was not even cleaned, much less painted! Now I have to clean the filthy rail, prime, and paint it myself before I can put it up. For almost $400 I expected a nice railing ready to install.
So, if you don’t mind paying double and waiting six weeks and having to do half of the work yourself then this is the place for you.
My experience was similar to others. I went to the shop. They said they would repair my mailbox in about 2 weeks. I reached out to them at least 3 times after the 2 weeks passed. Each time, they said the wound come the next day. They never showed up.

I’ve had them do some work for me on several occasions. Simple cutting of small metal pieces. Usually right on the spot! This time though I waited over two weeks… with still no call! I checked back a couple of times. I guess I’ll go get them back.

Excellent Service! I took my Cub Cadet mower deck to have a wheel bracket welded back on. They did a great quality job. They welded the bracket back on with thick bracing on the under side so it would not come off again;. He also added extra welding to all the brackets on the mower all for $35. Deck is like new again. Also I was able to drop it off and pick it up the same day in a few hours. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are honest, very experienced and do quality work at a very reasonable price.

Stopped in to check about getting our mail box welded. They sent a repairman to my house before I got back to my house and had the job done in a hour - welded the ornamental braces, put on new box, straightened up the pole and painted with a fresh coat of black paint - all for about $100! I was very pleased with the fast and cost effective service. Getting a new one purchased and installed would have cost over twice this. I am a very satisfied customer!
