I cannot express how pleased I am working with Big Country Solar Solutions. I was in a panic because my 1-year-old system went down. I had called multiple companies in the area to find someone to help get me the system back up. No return calls. But Big Country Solar Solutions called me back asked a couple of questions and within 24 hours I had a response as to what was wrong with my system, what part was needed, and he even had the part ordered. While we spent time waiting on the manufacture to mail the part, Big Country maintained professionalism and was in constant communication with me letting me know communication he had with the manufacture, and where we were at in the process. When the part arrived, Big Country was out here the next day to make the repair. I would recommend Big Country Solar Solutions to anyone, and if I ever need help again, they will be the first I call.
I had an outstanding experience with Big country Solar! From the moment I contacted them about an issue with my solar panels, their communication was impeccable. Not only did they promptly respond to my inquiries, but they also took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the solution.
What truly impressed me was their willingness to come out on a weekend to address the issue. Their dedication to customer service is unparalleled. Cody was knowledgeable but also incredibly detailed in their work. They left no stone unturned in ensuring that my solar system was functioning optimally.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided. They exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of solar services.
We had a few people before him giving us the run around and our system was down for months after contacting Cody March 4 it's finally fixed today! He not only drove an hour away he did it several times due to the system needing parts after getting the communications working again.

Cody came and looked at our place. We had a conversation about our energy requirements based on yearly power usage,the pro’s & con’s of battery storage vs no batteries, panel placement, and cost of the options. His answers to questions and explanations of differences in the options, in a factual straightforward manner, showed his knowledge of system operations and installation. After deciding solar wasn’t for us, then thinking bout it for awhile-3 or 4months-we had him back out, fine tuned an option, and now have a 10,000 kw unit working for us. In every aspect, he did what he said he’d do. He also got along well with the rep from our local electricity provider, which seemed based on some mutual respect. Bottom line is, he knows what he’s doing and his word is good.

Cody is great to work with. Whether you are looking for power for your home or property, he will fix you up with what you need. He’s installed power for my barn and a solar pump for my well. And both jobs were very affordable. I highly recommend his company if you want solar power
