Our fridge went out after a power outage. Gilbert came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us our best option. In 20 minutes he had our fridge up and running. Would recommend to everyone!

Very courteous on the phone, after four days of waiting for a callback. Problem was resolved by watching YouTube and fixing myself on day two. I would recommend they please improve callback timing, even if it is to inform the customer when you’d be able to schedule if you can’t schedule immediately. To be clear there was no use of their actual services, but only customer engagement. Hopefully by the time you read this, the problem is resolved.

Gilbert was amazing. He was prompt, same day service. The diagnosed the issue, told me the part was on backorder if he would need to replace it. He fixed the washing machine without having to order the part. I will definitely be saving his number for future reference.

BEST appliance repair experience I have ever had. I will absolutely use this business in the future and when friends ask if I know who to call for repairs, THIS is the place! I love the convenience of online booking and that the job was done less than 24 hours from booking time. So fast! The repairman was great about communicating with me before and during the appointment, kept me completely updated on his arrival time which was very helpful. Great value providing best price for dryer repair I could find in the metroplex. Completely fixed my dryer and very reasonably priced.

I'm glad I made the choice to allow Gilbert to repair my dryer. The initial call was to look at my washer and dryer. Gilbert arrived when he said he would. He not only did a diagnostic on my washer and dryer, but he went over the findings with me. He also advised my washer would cost more to repair than what it's worth and could create problems down the road. He did repair the dryer though. He was up front, honest, and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.
