I have been having water heater problems for 2 months and have spent hundreds of dollars having 3 different plumbers come out to try and figure out how to fix it. Don was at my home for less than 5 minutes when he discovered the problem and it took him less than 15 minutes to solve it. This has been to single best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Outstanding business!
Don was able to come out same day and change out and fix a leaking spigot on the outside of our house. He was courteous, quick and reasonably priced. He’s on my fridge now for the next time I need a plumber.

Highly recommend Don the Plumber! A great, family owned company. Honest, trustworthy and everyone is very personable. We've entrusted them with various plumbing issues (inside and outside) and have been extremely happy with everything.

Don the Plumber is your go to service for all of your plumbing needs! We have used no one else for the past several years. He is honest, fair priced and will get the job done right the first time. We had a faucet issue and it was diagnosed, fixed and working very quickly.! Thanks to Don and his son!.

Don the Plumber has made several repairs at our home over the years. He is always punctual, informative and fair. I was a single woman for many of those years and never felt like he was taking advantage of me., he is wonderful!

Don is always professional and efficient. Once he diagnoses the problem, he explains it in common terms and offers resolutions. He remains our go to for plumbing because of his efficiency, quality, and cost. I would and have recommended to friends.

5 out of 5 stars with Don and his team. They’re amazing! The work they do alone is fantastic; they work efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner with great quality workmanship. The customer service from Laura, who’s the first point of contact, all the way to Don and his on-site team finishing business, I’ve always been treated with nothing short of good communication from everyone and such friendly people. Highly recommend them and would return if I ever need anything more done!

Very professional. Able to see me same day I contacted them. Very efficient with time and most of all cost effective. Customer service n communication was exceptional. This is second job they have completed for me. I am most pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone for their plumbing issues.

Don was able to get to me next day to review my issue with current water heater and walk me through my options and answer my questions. Him and his son were very personable. Quote was fair and competitive. He didn’t try to upsell me which I truly appreciate. Once scheduled they arrived on time and once the where done it was like they were never there. I would definitely recommend them to others.
