Honesty and integrity come to mind when I think of this family owned and operated business. Timely, efficient and willing to sleuth out the problem to make sure the job gets done right. They take care and pride in their work. They are hands down, the first call when I need a plumber for my own home, my clients and my property. They will be your plumber for life!

We used Viper Plumbing for an extensive remodel we were doing in our home that included kitchen, masterbath, tub to shower conversions in 2 bathrooms and replacing every plumbing fixture or valve in our house. Tom is the best plumber we have ever used in our 27 years here in Dallas. He even showed up on Christmas day when we had an emergency late Christmas eve. He also showed up immediately when another contractor broke the laundry room washer valve and water was flooding underneath newly installed floors. Viper Plumbing has been a blessing to us, making our remodel alot less stressful because we knew everything would be done right.

Mr. Tom and his son were very professional. The price for the job that they provided was very reasonable. I would definitely be using this company if the need arises.

I highly recommend Tom. He was very honest and didn’t want to try to convince me into purchasing something I didn’t need. He has a since of humor and made me laugh. I was so stressed with my issue and he completely made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Thank you Tom and Charm!

Tom is the best ! Honest,trustworthy , and fair pricing. I use him at work and at home, it's nice to have someone you can trust to do the job right and not over charge or up sell you. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs .
