Moses was the first person that Dial One sent out. He had a bit of an attitude problem and also caused damage to my place. This review is not for Moses, as he would have received zero stars from me. Dial One later sent out Brian and Travis. Brian and Travis were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The five stars on this review are for these two. Though I don't recall her name, the woman who contacted me to set up both appointments was also great.

I had an interlocking kit and receptacle installed on my home for my Westinghouse generator recently. Tom was responsive, professional and took the time to explain, not only the 50 amp connection process, but showed me how best to use my generator. The price was also reasonable. A Plus service!
