If possible, I would have posted 10 Stars. Do to numerous delays with construction of our custom home, I worked with The Tile Guy team for over 11 months. During this arduous ordeal, Amy, Kevin and Barry were amazing! They accommodated every request in a pleasant and prompt manner. They were our effective advocates at every turn with the manufacturers. Kevin and Barry even drove a lengthy distance to personally replace a pallet of broken tile when the delivery company and supplier reached impasse on who was responsible. All three proved to be heroic professionals from beginning to end. I highly recommend the quality of selection and their superior customer care.
We are doing a major construction project in our house and we have been dealing with a lot of vendors. The Tile Guy store and the owner Kevin have been amazing. All the employees who helped us have also been amazing. Kevin started this business 33 years ago and he’s built it into an incredible business. Customer service is A+, and they have smiles on their faces and we just really enjoyed working there with them and we plan to buy even more from them for the rest of our bathrooms and laundry room when we update those in the next few years. They give you immediate service when you walk in the door unlike the big box retailers that we went to where you couldn’t get help. Also the pricing is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this business. I highly recommend them.

Guys were awesome. Nathan helped us finishing designing our tile for master bathroom remodel. Price was great his suggestions were great and the tile looks Amazing! Next door Granite Direct for countertops and sink install not as great.

We have been in a very long process of building a home. During this process, Nathan was amazing in helping me with ideas and selections for tiling and flooring. Recently we had a pretty big snafu with our contractor on the installation of our hardwood flooring. As a result the wood we originally selected was out of stock. Nathan immediately jumped in action to try and help problem solve to ensure we didn't lose time. He went out of his way by calling the manufacturer, logistics teams and warehouse to see what we could do. While the original selection was not going to be available for more than a month, Nathan stayed late at work to help me select an alternative. He worked his magic in finding stock that our installer could pick up the next day. Nathan could have easily said, "I'm sorry, you'll have to wait", but his passion and determination for wanting to help was "significant" in keeping our progress on track and we couldn't have done it without him. I've been in the customer service business for over 32 years and I can tell you Nathan stands out and will be recommending both he and the Tile Guy to anyone who is looking for great products and amazing experience. Kevin and his team have been amazing and I’ll be a repeat customer as well as recommend them. As we all know, home renovations are stressful. Getting the timing right and staying within budget takes a lot of work. Kevin and his team are able to deliver both. Kevin also really cares and wants to make things right. I had an unforeseen issue where some of the flooring was bowing more than normal. This wasn’t a typical issue they had seen before and it wasn’t their fault but Kevin was there helping make it right. It has been the best customer service and a testament to the reason why they are still in business.

You know when you find a great restaurant and you want to tell people about it, but you also don't because you don't want it to become so crowded that you can't go anymore? That's The Tile Guy. They are the tile, flooring, material store that you can't believe is so great. Lately, every service provider has needed to schedule appointments or make reservations. At The Tile Guy some one has always been available to work with me as soon as I walked in the door. You can't beat the prices, they are professional, courteous, their turn around time after ordering materials is absurdly fast, and they let you take samples home so you can see them in your space. Now, if you're still wary about how amazing this place is, just ask for NATHAN. Nathan is the man! He knows his materials, he works with your vision, he can recommend anything you need or want, and if you email him he always responds within the hour if not the same day. I have been so happy with my bathroom remodel and a lot of that is due to the beautiful tile, the great materials, and the customer service I have received from The Tile Guy.

The best tile shop in all of Austin area. That gathers so much choice . They have an extraordinary choice of samples and employees are super helpful and have real advice. It is basically a one stop shop for tile and wooden floors. As a designer l always go there and find tile for absolutely every taste .

5 star recommendation! Great selection and prices. Kevin is easy to work with and trustworthy through the whole process. He recommended we worked with Edgar to do kitchen backsplash install. He did an awesome job too!
