The Tile Shop saved our kitchen renovation and holiday season. We had another contractor fall through mid-project and the folks at the Tile Shop stepped in quickly! Within 2 weeks we had tile selected and fully installed.
Jason Frisinger, Assistant Manager of the South Austin Tile Shop, has helped me tile three different bathrooms over time. He has a natural instinct for color, texture, and matching. His knowledge of the store's stock is flawless. Honestly, he also has valuable insight into fixture, vanity, and countertop colors because he's seen hundreds of finished bathrooms. He has a sense of what works well and not so well. I feel fortunate to have had his help and would recommend him to anyone regardless of the scope of work you're planning to do.

I’m glad I went in here, but I almost didn’t. My contractor recommended Tile Shop, but I asked about budget and he said while their tile is top quality, they were not as wallet-friendly as another place here that’s more of a “one stop shop” for flooring etc. But, I live nearby so I stopped in. I found a tile I really liked but it was out of budget, so I decided I’d try to find something similar elsewhere. Grace, the sweet associate who helped me, followed up with me anyway. I told her I’d be going with a lesser quality tile that was similar, so she worked with her manager to help me get to a price I was able to fit in the budget! I got a much nicer quality of tile, AND the exact color I was hoping for (cheaper one I found wasn’t quite the same)! Grace was wonderful to work with and I’m so thankful she went out of her way to work with me and my budget.

I have been working with them for almost a year and no regrets. Ana is a great seller! Very attentive to my details and concerns. They have the best quality in Austin, I highly recommend it!!

We visited the tile shop 2x for our project. On our second visit, the person working the floor remembered us, and what we were looking at. She was actually knowledgable about tile - unlike big box stores, and she gave us a great price. Great experience.

Ana Marquez Hernandez did a wonderful job. During multiple visits she assisted me and became vested in my vision. She was professional, sweet and very knowledgeable. She is an asset to The Tile Shop. Thank you Ana!

Visited the Tile Shop yesterday ( Mopac / 290 store ) and worked with Jason. He was awesome. I showed him pictures of my wood and tile at home and he was able to help me make a selection. The pricing was great and he was so helpful. Would recommend The Tile Shop for your tile needs.

The entire process was very smooth. We were looking for a backsplash for our new kitchen. Dom was fantastic helping us out with what we needed. Dom helped me as I had to come back in to buy more grout as I had bought the wrong amount. He also gave us a list of professional installers. Damian and Jose at Jade Tile were awesome with the tile installation and quote. They even fit me in that same week. Highly recommended both The Tile Shop AND Jade Tile. Affordable and professional work. Will absolutely go back to them for my next tile project.
